Before we get into specific error codes, we recommend that you try these easy steps if you’re having trouble watching Paramount+.

Tips for fixing problems with Paramount+:

Check your link to the internet. If your network is slow because of things outside of your control, like when it’s busy, you might want to look into getting a faster link.

Try turning off your Wi-Fi router for 30 seconds and then turning it back on.

Sign out of your Paramount+ account, then sign back in.

Get rid of the Paramount+ app you’re using, then download it again and sign in.

Sometimes, Paramount+ may just be out for the count. Most of the time, this is because of problems with the app’s service. Error UVP 1011

This error number seems to come up a lot for Amazon Fire Stick TV users who have Paramount+.

 

If you see UVP 1011, the first thing you should do is restart your device and the app. If that doesn’t work, you could try clearing the app’s cached info.

Here are the steps you need to take:

Choose the Settings tab from the Fire TV’s menu.

Use the Applications link.

Click on the CBS app in the area called Manage Installed Apps.

The last step is to choose Clear Cache and then Clear Data.

Error Code 60: There are too many streams.

If your Paramount+ app shows Error Code 60, you’re probably trying to stream video from too many devices at once. Every Paramount+ account can only watch two things at once.

If you don’t know that other devices are streaming from your account, you might want to call your family, friends, and maybe even your ex-spouses to find out if they’re using it.

If you get Error Code 1001 when you try to use Paramount+, it’s probably because you have an ad blocker. Unfortunately, the only sure way to watch The Twilight Zone again is to turn off your ad blocker.

 

Error Code 110

Some Paramount+ users have been getting this error code recently, and it’s likely because of privacy add-ons on Chrome and other sites. Try turning off add-ons and plugins like Ghostery and then trying again.

If this doesn’t work, you might want to use a different browser to watch your show.

What to Do When Paramount Plus Doesn’t Work on a Samsung TV

I’ve explained in full how to fix this problem here. If Paramount Plus isn’t working, look at the options and do what you need to do to fix it.

1) Turn on your Samsung TV and router again

If Paramount plus doesn’t work, it could be because of the temporary cookie.

Restarting your computer and Samsung TV will clear the cache. To do this, follow these steps:

Turn off the Samsung TV and take it away from the outlet.

Take the router’s power cord out and wait a few minutes.

Reconnect all of the power wires to the TV and the router.

Turn on your Samsung TV and your router.

Check to see if the problem is still there. If it isn’t, move on to the next option.

2) Make sure your subscription is still active.

If Paramount Plus doesn’t work after you’ve turned off the TV and the router, check to see if your membership has run out.

To find out, go to the profile area of the Paramount Plus app on your TV.

Check the “Next Billing Date” under “Subscriptions and Billing.”

If the bill is due, you should be able to watch Paramount Plus again after you pay it.

3) Check the connection to the Internet

Since Paramount needs to be connected to the internet to work, make sure you have a stable internet link.

4) Empty the cache

You might not be able to use Paramount Plus because of the Smart TV app’s temporary data and cache.

 

So, clear this Temporary file and the problem will be solved. Follow the steps below to do so:

Open the TV’s settings menu.

Open Apps and Services. Go to the Paramount Plus app and choose the choice to Clear Cache.

After you’ve successfully cleared the cache, restart the Samsung TV to see if the problem is fixed.

4) De-Register The Device

When Paramount Plus won’t work on your Samsung TV, deregistering the device can also help fix the problem.

Follow these steps to remove your gadget from the list:

Open the main page of the Paramount App and click on Settings.

Choose the choice to remove your device from the list.

Click the deregister device and OK buttons to confirm your choice.

In the Paramount app, enter your login information. After successfully signing up again, the problem should be fixed. If it doesn’t, go to the next step.

5) Update the Paramount Plus app

If the Paramount Plus app is out of date, it won’t work. So, make sure you have the most recent version of the Paramount Plus app. To update the Paramount plus app, do the following:

Choose Apps from the Home Screen of your Samsung TV.

Next, choose “Updates” and look for “Paramount Plus.”

The last step is to choose the Update choice.

6) Update your Samsung TV. Manufacturers send out updates often to fix bugs and other problems.

So, it’s important to update your Samsung TV OS after you’ve updated the Paramount Plus app to fix the problem.
