Fixing problems with Paramount+
Before we get into specific error codes, we recommend that you try these easy steps if you’re having trouble watching Paramount+.
Tips for fixing problems with Paramount+:
Check your link to the internet. If your network is slow because of things outside of your control, like when it’s busy, you might want to look into getting a faster link.
Try turning off your Wi-Fi router for 30 seconds and then turning it back on.
Sign out of your Paramount+ account, then sign back in.
Get rid of the Paramount+ app you’re using, then download it again and sign in.
Start the thing you’re using over.
Seeing how things are going
Sometimes, Paramount+ may just be out for the count. Most of the time, this is because of problems with the app’s service. The best way to learn about these problems is to type “Paramount+ server issues” into Google and see what comes up. This takes you to some sites that tell you when a website’s server is having trouble. You can also look at the official Twitter feeds. Here’s the one for Paramount+.
Error UVP 1011
This error number seems to come up a lot for Amazon Fire Stick TV users who have Paramount+.
If you see UVP 1011, the first thing you should do is restart your device and the app. If that doesn’t work, you could try clearing the app’s cached info.
Here are the steps you need to take:
Choose the Settings tab from the Fire TV’s menu.
Use the Applications link.
Click on the CBS app in the area called Manage Installed Apps.
The last step is to choose Clear Cache and then Clear Data.
Error Code 60: There are too many streams.
If your Paramount+ app shows Error Code 60, you’re probably trying to stream video from too many devices at once. Every Paramount+ account can only watch two things at once.
If you don’t know that other devices are streaming from your account, you might want to call your family, friends, and maybe even your ex-spouses to find out if they’re using it.
If you can’t figure out who did it, check all of your devices that might be signed in to your Paramount+ account again.
Error Code 1001 (ad blocker trouble)
If you get Error Code 1001 when you try to use Paramount+, it’s probably because you have an ad blocker. Unfortunately, the only sure way to watch The Twilight Zone again is to turn off your ad blocker.
Error Code 110
Some Paramount+ users have been getting this error code recently, and it’s likely because of privacy add-ons on Chrome and other sites. Try turning off add-ons and plugins like Ghostery and then trying again.
If this doesn’t work, you might want to use a different browser to watch your show.
Look for other services.
With the tips in this piece, you can easily fix a lot of the problems with Paramount+. But sometimes the issue is more serious. It could just be that you don’t like the service. Or maybe your Internet connection is too slow to watch.

Turn off the Samsung TV and take it away from the outlet.
Take the router’s power cord out and wait a few minutes.
Reconnect all of the power wires to the TV and the router.
